Laura was pleased to contribute to the AIA Brooklyn’s Emerging Professionals “Ask Me Anything”: Leadership Panel. This event on Leadership, Serve to Emerge, was held at at the offices of FX Collaborative. The session featured five distinguished leaders whose diverse experiences offer valuable insights for every stage of the architectural journey. Emerging professionals and seasoned architects explored how leadership and service shape meaningful professional growth and long-term success. Topics discussed included understanding core leadership principles, burnout, internal and external challenges, and resources.
