This single family house has new owners who wanted to completely renovate the interior removing and replacing an inefficient forced air heating and cooling system with a ductless mini-split system and radiant heat in the bathroom floors. The interior upgrades included creating a more open and light filled living / dining / kitchen space with an island for socializing. The upstairs bathroom has been modernized and the cellar accommodates the owner’s hand woodworking furniture shop.
