Located in a senior affordable housing building, with dramatic views to the ocean, this extensive lobby renovation has begun construction. The design greatly improves wayfinding. The guard’s desk is relocated to be adjacent and open to the vestibule for easier visibility and flow. The interior finishes reflect the beach location with a wavy white tile accent wall at the mailboxes complementing a vertically textured gray tile wainscot.
