Facade restoration begins this week on Acker Merrall & Condit
, America’s oldest wine shop, located in the Upper West Side / Central Park West Historic District. Laura Heim designed the restoration of the historic facade including stucco joint lines, color and historic cornice. When the scaffolding is removed, the facade will proudly announce its presence on West 72nd Street.
