The Roosevelt Island Historical Society (RIHS) had hired architect Laura Heim to assist in the coordination of the work of the NYC Department of Design and Construction (DDC) and their contractors during the site work phase of the Roosevelt Island Visitors Kiosk as well as to prepare a interior furnishings package for the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs.
